You’ll certainly enjoy preparing meals in the modern well designed kitchen with all the modern easy to use appliances any chef would be happy to cook with. A wood burner adjacent to the kitchen/living room provides cosy winter warmth and there’s always plenty of firewood on hand.

The master bedroom has French doors which open out to the gardens and the surrounding native trees. The second bedroom has one entire wall of windows which makes this a very light and bright room. Rates are inclusive of linen and towels. Rates vary over Public holidays so if your stay includes a public holiday please ask for a quote. Rates are for two people and extras are charged at $35 per person per night. Parties are not permitted at any times.

To secure the booking we will require a 25% deposit.
The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.
If your booking is cancelled 8 weeks prior to your arrival date then your deposit is fully refundable.
If your booking is cancelled 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, then 50% of your deposit is kept as a cancellation penalty.
If your booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable.
In addition, if your booking is cancelled within 6 weeks of your stay, 50% of your ‘total stay‘ is required if we cannot fill your booking space.
